Director | Producer | Crisis Solver

I’m a Director, Producer, Executive Producer and still photographer. I have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of production, post-production, building creative teams and working with great networks and brands.

Prior to launching my current production development company, Bright Matter Entertainment, I was the Chief Content Officer at TONIK+, VP of Production at The Marketing Arm (an Omnicom owned agency), as well as playing key roles in the launch of The Oprah Winfrey Network and The Pac 12 Networks.

I’m at my best when Directing & Producing and interviewing A-list talent, running drama-free, productive sets, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Still photography is a passion of mine, and I enjoy shooting street and lifestyle images as often as I can.

I also host a podcast called The Groove with Devin Pense, and am always in pursuit of stories that help move people into a better space.
